Making my first beer
So i was in jhb from 21-25 Jan 2008. I was there for a brewing course to learn about the process of beer making. On the 22nd we actually made one brew (500 litres) of beer!! I'll be off to jhb again mid feb to taste it after it's fermenting and storage time. It's an ale with a very bitter and full bodied taste.
